Scarborough Middle School athletic programs provides students with the opportunity to grow as young individuals. Students should develop skills, knowledge and understanding of their chosen activity together with respect and appreciation for team members, opponents, coaches, officials, and spectators.
Middle School co-curricular programs are designed to promote activities that are associated or related to the academic curriculum. Program goals shall challenge student’s intellect, stimulate creativity, promote leadership, enhance academic achievement and provide a means for students to express their artistic and performing talents while growing as young members of our community.
Middle School Interscholastic Teams
Our middle school offers the following Interscholastic teams offered at the 7th and 8th grade level:

All activities and athletics at Scarborough Middle School require registrations before participating. We use a program called FamilyID for all registration. When open families should must register for their program using this system.
Past COVID-19 Positive Athletes
Past COVID-19 positive student-athletes must provide a clearance note signed by the doctor/medical provider in order to return or start athletics at the middle school. This is not the same form as the high school. This clearance note can be any a note or letter from the students medical provider. Once clearance note is delivered to the school we will follow current AAP Return Progression or any specific progression as outlined by the medical provider who signed the note.
